Off to Join the Circus

Real quick-like before I fall asleep over here. Tonight Hannah and her best friend got to go see the Moscow Circus perform (H: Have they already set up the tent? How many animals will there be? N: Uh....This is a circus inside a theater. No animals. But clowns and acrobats! H: I hope the clowns throw pies at each other.).
I found the circus to be not so hokey as others I have seen (not many, but some of them just terrible). Hannah enjoyed it very, very much. It was so much fun just sitting next to her as she clapped and gasped Awesome! and Cool! and laughed at the clowns. During the acrobatic routines, she watched very intently and as play-by-play would say either "I can do that" or "I can't do that" or "I could do that if I practiced". I'd have to say, that was my favorite part. I love when she is so confident and sure of herself while still being very aware of her limitations--it's one of things about her that I think is just perfect.

As we were leaving the theater, she turned to me and said: "I know what I can be when I grow up! I can be a circus veterinarian! That way I can take care of animals and be an acrobat."
